This service allows you to register your nick so you can
use it when you want to. Note that it does not prevent
other users from using your nick except by warning them.
To use this service, you need a registered username.
Available commands:
 DROP        - Drops registration of nickname from your username.
 INFO        - Gives information about the given nickname.
 REGAIN      - Changes your nickname to the given nickname.
 REGISTER    - Registers your current nickname to your username.
 RELEASE     - Removes a client using your nickname from the network.
 SET         - Sets various nickname options
