Usage: .flags [[+|-]flag]
       Lists current flags, or alters flag status:
       chat      - 'partyline' messages
       auth      - Oper connections/disconnections from services
       server    - Server connections/disconnections
       spy       - Admin commands issued
       register  - Username/Channel registrations
       jupes     - Oper jupes
       alis      - LIST usage in ALIS
       botfight  - See warnings about bots fighting with chanserv
