REHASH [option]

When no [option] is given, ircd will re-read the
ircd.conf file.

[option] can be one of the following:
  DNS      - Re-read the /etc/resolv.conf file
  MOTD     - Re-reads MOTD file
  OMOTD    - Re-reads Oper MOTD file
  CHANNELS - Forces a channel cleanup
  TDLINES  - Clears temporary D Lines
  TKLINES  - Clears temporary K Lines
  PGLINES  - Clears pending G Lines
